AP Payment screen no data for specific user

We noticed that user was not able to see the details in the payment screen grid.
However other users were able to see the data.
After some investigation, I found that this was due to the Personalization.
I have tried with other users Personalization and it works.

Can please advise how can this happen ?

Also, how are there 2 personalization’s for the same user in the same screen ?

I believe this might be the root cause of the issue.

What indicates that there are two? Two show up under Personalization purge? And the same for Customization Maint?

What’s it look like if you open that form in developer mode, using that persons personalization?

Can please advise how can user added under personalization?

The personlization get created when you save layout(right click on screen or tool menu) or using personalization option from tool menu in every screen.

  1. delete all personalizations which you don’t want or having problem.
  2. clear client cache.
  3. disable personalization for every user as below
