Ap Invoice Issue

I thought about this possibility, but since both PO and Misc. Invoices are done in the same entry screen, that would limit other required functionality.

Are there any public companies out there running Epicor 9.05.603? Here is the scenario...


Example:

* PO is $50

* Invoice is $100

* Pay $100

* Create new PO Invoice $100

o New Receipt - Pulls lines in at $50

o Change dollar amount on invoice from $50 to $100

* The $50 change to the AP invoice is not referenced anywhere

The fact that the user can change the AP invoice lines without anyone else knowing is a huge violation of Sarbanes Oxley. Is anyone else out there dealing with a similar issue? If so, what controls have you put into place to be compliant with SOX?
