AP Invoice Entry - Detail - New Field - Disabled / Read only

I have added one text field on the AP Invoice Entry => Lines => Detail screen.
Section - PO Information
EpiBinding - APInvDtl.DEACode.
Read only - false
Enabled - true
Also tried using UseAppStyle property as True and false.

Newly added field is always in the disabled / Read only state . We are not able to enter any values on this when we do updates or create a new line.

Can you please help us to make this newly added field as editable one.
