AP Debit Memo

While trying to post the AP Apply debit memo system is throwing below mentioned error

[Line 1]: Amount in Transactional currency is negative
Transaction and book amounts has different signs (one is Debit, and other is Credit) or both amounts have zero values.
[Line 4]: Amount in Transactional currency is negative

could you please suggest, how to resolve this?

Delete the debit note and make it again. This sometimes happens in multi currency environments.

I did the Journal Entry Cancellation & Open the Apply Debit Memo / Prepayment form & reentered the detail. While trying to click on “Apply Debit Memo/ Correction Invoice” button same error is coming

We once had a similar issue and had to get a data fix from Support.
