Anybody know what is happening with the cloud update schedule?

There are now only a few weeks left on the cloud update schedule. I put in a support case but they were not able to provide any information on what is happening after February. Seems like February - June would be a crazy long window to go with zero updates in production, is the release upgrade happening earlier this year? Sure would like to know. It makes it difficult to plan other project work, vacations, etc. when you have no idea what the upgrade schedule is going to be and its potentially only a couple months away.

We were told that 2024.1 would bre released sometime in in March or April (tentative) - We are on-premise, usually cloud is released 1-2 weeks before on premise updates.

Don’t know if that helps or not, but it’s what I know.

That would be surprising since the .1 release upgrade of production was in June last year.

Not sure…

The same thing happened last year. By the end of January they will publish 6-8 month schedule again. I requested a 8-12 month rolling schedule in IDEAS but they closed out the idea after they published the schedule and said see, issue resolved, here is your schedule.

I voted for that idea.

I can’t see 2024.1 being released much (if at all) before Insights which is May 20th going by previous trends.

That’s my point - so that would mean no updates for 3 months??

Cloud customers if you care about this please vote.

Thanks Alisa! I voted and put a comment also.

This last fall was a nightmare trying to figure out which web page to go to so you could see an accurate schedule. Made it really hard for me to get our production people ready for an upgrade when I didn’t know for certain exactly when they would be happening.

They might all be going down to Nashville to dig them out before Insights…
