We are attempting to implement Epicor and getting bogged down trying to find a good solution for a EDI solution to handle our John Deere customer.
Looking for a EDI solution that we don’t have to start from scratch and customer build everything. First attempt seemed like everything was being built for us.
Any EDI solution recommendations for Epicor users supplying John Deere?
We are on the public cloud if that matters.

Following. We are a John Deere supplier and EDI never got off the ground here. Due to the complexity.
We don’t do a lot of EDI but when we do we use DiCentral. I haven’t dealt with them personally but my employer has used them for a few years now.

May I know where is the complexity. I encountered complexity mainly in sending ASN as one of the customer requested for Box Serial numbers for each boxes in the ASN.
We have two mixed order variations that we supply John Deere. One is a type of sequencing. The other is a direct line side delivery.
Also the ASN and barcoded shipping labels have given us issues. We need to print the shipping labels prior to the shipment being entered. Tough to put labels on containers when the truck is loaded. We have a couple different label types to supply them.

We used a software called RF+, parent company is Portable Intelligence. They are super familiar with the John Deere requirements, both for edi building and package labeling. However - I worked with them in implementing with Infor Visual Mfg, not Epicor. It may be worth reaching out to them to see if they can integrate with Epicor. I would think if they have a nice data map, they should be able to.
