Is there any downside to turning on the “suspend” option in user security? It REALLY seems to help in auto-recovering from 7221 errors and network hiccups if it’s turned on. Epicor 9.05.702A

>>any downsideI seem to remember seeing multiple logons after turning this on for some users.
- That was a long time ago and on a V8 system though
- and off the top of my head I can't remember if it really hurt anything, just that it looked odd.

Some people swear by it.
Thanks Bruce,
Not too worried about multiple logons as I only allow one session on each user. Our problem is that I always have to go in and kill a bunch of sessions whenever we have a network hiccup and Epicor crashes with the 7221 so users can log back on. I tried testing the network compression thing but I still got 7221 errors..
