"An error occurred while executing the command definition" HELP!

Hello all,

We recently updated our test environment with current data. Now I don’t seem to be able to pull PO’s into receipt entry screen. They come up in search box, but when I select, I get this error:

I was trying to work around it momentarily, but then I got the same error trying to use DMT on Test environment while updating Part Class field:

Has anyone encountered this error? Do I need to re-update my test environment to resolve?

So I see this has to do with a UD table on RcvDtl:

Problem is, there is currently no UD table on rcvdtl in either test or production. Prior to the refresh of TEST, someone HAD CREATED a UD field on this table but I assumed it would overide. There are no BMS on the table and I can’t find a UD field referenced on any customizations on Receipt.
