We’re researching mobile devices for data collection in our production facility. Does anyone have any experience with this brand? We are also considering using a simple tablet that runs the browser version of Data-Collection. Has anyone considered this route? Is there a tried and true method (we are on-prem if that matters).
We are going with Zebra ET40 10" tablets for the floor. We are only looking to use them for the production workers logging in and out of jobs, so no need for the other functionality in MES. We are just starting to test them, but our initial test with a demo went well. We will be using the Web UI for MES.
