Allow the creation of custom user defined tables

Arbitrary user-defined tables instead of a fixed stock of UD tables with predefined fields.

This would be much more efficient for Product Configurator Lookup tables.

I’d use this to create a table of intellectual property licenses, which would be many to many with Part. We need to enforce that all applicable licenses are valid on the date an order ships.

In theory this is called the SDK which supports the createion of brand new tables and services based on them.
