Is APM comes with epicor release or have to buy ? I have not found any reference of APM in my ERP 10.6 version, I want to send attachments with email,sent from SMTP server.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It’s a separate module
APM is typically an additional purchase with Epicor. With newer releases of 10.1 there are other options for doing most of what APM can do. I would encourage you to review SSRS routing\breaking and DocStar before determining a direction.
It looked like Epicor has severed ties with Altec as of the last Insights conference. They were offering discounts on moving from Altec APM to DocStar + Routing/Breaking.
I recently set up Routing/Breaking to automate invoicing e-mails and it was so much smoother than what I had previously configured in APM.

How i can set this Routing / Breaking…from epicor application or SSRS services ?
Routing/Breaking is configured within Epicor’s “Report Style” module. The report style links to the SSRS RDL file and the routing breaking rules define what to do with it. The R/B is configured from Report Style Maintenance --> Styles Tab --> SSRS Breaking/Routing Tab.

Thanks …Now i am waiting for Print route licence from Epicor. i cannot make new routing rule without the licence.
Routing / breaking is greyed out - i take it this is due to license?
Where can I find more documentation on this?
You need to click File New or the drop down by the paper icon with the left corner folded over then click on New SSRS Routing/Breaking
