ADP Payroll

We have the ADP interface Module. Basically allows you to add hours
like Vac, Sick, Holiday, etc.. to a batch, pull in the Labor Hours
from the Labor Header Table, which for us is entered by Data
Collection. Run a process to Calculate OT based on your company's
rules. Export to a file which ADP can import. We have about 340
employees now and it saves Payroll a lot of time.

I created a report that exports data from the labor edit records, without needing the payroll module, to a file for use in Excel. In Excel you add your ADP batch number and header record. Export this as a CSV file and it should import directly into ADP Payroll.

We are switching from ADP to Vantage payroll, by the way.

Thanks so much for the feedback, that is good to know.

Do you mind sharing why you are switching to Vantage payroll from ADP? Is
it cost, or is there something Vantage can do that ADP can't? Or something
else I should be aware of before making this decision?

Does anybody here use ADP for their payroll? I've been asked to find a way to auto populate the reports that ADP gives us every week for payroll. They want to be able to take the file with all the payroll information and have it automatically update the appropriate fields in the payroll module. Is anybody doing this?
