My lady in accounting is bringing up Invoices with adobe and most of them are coming up with large black spots on them. Then when you go into System Monitor and print preview they are fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe, cleared client cache and it has not helped any.

Known issue with Adobe. A different PDF Reader will work: FoxIt, Chrome/Edge, etc.

Mark, thanks. Did you issued a ticket in EpicCare for this? Anything Epicor can fix on their end?
According to Nathan Anderson of Epicor, there’s nothing for Epicor to fix. It appears one should file a bug with Adobe.
