Adding Widget grayed out (disabled)

Hi,

Please check below screen when i try to add widget i get the displayed message and widgets are grayed out.

1. is it require EDD installed to enable adding widget?
2. Is below message due to screen resolution or something? I did try by maximizing window but still same.

Version 10.2.300.11

If you have a license for EDD and have EDD installed, it’s most likely a screen resolution issue. We run into from time to time. We have not found a great fix other then messing with the screen resolution in Windows. Rather annoying bug.
