     We have had this problem , also adding part in Part Master. When we were on maintenance Epicor would send in a 'fix' program-which 'times-out' after 30 days, hence we are now stuck with this issue( as we are not currently on maintenance). (also ver 6.10.541)

     If I remember correctly, somehow a 'part' record exists without a part description ( but I could be mixing up my 'bugs'), it's bug
that they are aware of.

I am on Version 6.1.536 05/08/06 When adding a part number on the Fly from order entry, after tabbing out the the part number field, the "are you sure you want to delete" confirmation is returned. Clicking OK allows you to continue as normal. The part can be added and it becomes part of the order as it should. Aside from an erroneous error message, there seems to be no other problem. Has any one else experienced this?
