Standing up Mobile CRM trying to locate the elusive user and setup guide on EpicWeb to no avail. My issue is where is the BAQ that creates the customer number when using mobile? Out of the box it appears to be concatenating the part of the customer name and a number it generates. In our system we use a BPM/BAQ to generate sequential customer numbers. I want to point to that so whether you are using Mobile, Web or Client you will get the next sequential number.
