Trying to setup a Serial Number Mask and would like to add dashes into the sequence. Epicor is not liking the mask setup of @@@ - ##### - #### - ###.
Has anyone been able to use base system to accomplished this.

we were able to do it to a small degree, using the serial number Prefix and Suffix.
Were you able to get dashes into the serial number?
