Adding Customiztion to Non-Menu Item - 'App.ImageEntry.ImportForm'

Couldn’t find information specifically on this topic, but hoping it’s a quick answer. I need to apply a customization to a non-menu item, App.ImageEntry.ImportForm, but cannot figure out where to apply it. I do not see it in Processes, like some of the other sub-screens. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Is this the app you’re referring to? I’m assuming it’s that slide-out panel?

I’ve made the customization, where do I go to apply it if not in Menu Maintenance?

We ran into something similar with MES and we ended up having to add & deploy a layer with the same name to the form that launches the app.
