Adding Customer Part Number in Vantage 6

I don't know about Vantage 6, but in Vantage 8 it is under Order Mgmt, Setup, Customer Part

I'm trying to setup customer part numbers in Vantage 6. I though this was done with price lists but I am incorrect.

I'm searching the menu tree but I can't seem to find this anywhere.

The only place I even see a reference to Customer Part Numbers is in the Sales Order screen. It opens a Part Cross Reference window but it is empty.

Does anyone know how to find this cross-reference master file to enter the part data?
