Add field(s) to the QuickShip label

Hi there,
We are using the cloud version of Quickship. We have some orders that are PO specific and would like it printed on the label. The PO is different with each shipment so we cannot do them from the ShipTo. One Time ShipTo works okay with this but not with regular shipto shipments.

e.g.
Company Number One - PO 12345678
123 Rainbow Road,
La Mesa, TX 79331

If we don’t have access to modify the label, maybe there is a way to “funnel” the shipment to QuickShip without actually freighting it? Then we can change the contact and address in QS Portal

There are four reference fields in the facilities setup you can set for all shipments.

The four reference fields in the UPS tab are used for all carriers. I believe you can override the defaults here.

Thank you! Do you know if the reference fields would just show up on the labels or would we need to configure the label for it to show up?

if you set them they are sent to the carrier and come back with the label data they send back from what I remember they just happen.

We tested a few and it works! Thank you so much for the update

However, we find that the reference fields are rather small and inconspicuous. We are looking for something larger. Do you happen to know how I would be able to edit the .rpt file for the label?

I am not aware of a way to modify the actual label content.
