Active Homepage, no System Monitor 10.2.100

I am noticing if attempting to use the Active Homepage that the system monitor does not launch. It works without Active Homepage.
Anybody else experiencing this?

This was a known issue in the early patches of 10.2.100 that was addressed a number of patches ago. Are you on at least 10.2.100.10? (latest patch as of today is 10.2.100.11). If not, I would recommend upgrading to address this issue.
