We have just upgraded to 10.2.300.2 from 10.1.400.14 and all users are using Active Home Page. We have had some reports of the menu and favorites becoming unresponsive after a period of inactivity. When this happens, they typically have the green ?loading? bar running across the top of the screen. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
I have a case open with support whereby the Active Home Page just turns fully white after a period of inactivity. I’ve witnessed it on a user PC change to white after approx 60 seconds - only way to resolve is to restart client.
These problems only started after deploying Active Home pages to some users.
