Active Home Page error: Please verify that the REST services are properly configured and accessible

We went live this morning on 10.2.200.11 from 9.05.207a. Users were able to sign into Active home page up until either a certain number of users were logged in or after a certain amount of time had gone by. Then anyone that logged out, received the Error and could not get in through Active Home Page. Anyone who had not logged in yet and tried to log in, could not log into active home page.

Unable to log in to the Active Home Page. Please verify that the REST services are properly configured and accessible.

I’ve read about some issues with Active Home Page, but wondering if anyone has seen and fixed this one?

Best fix so far is don’t use it until they make it stable :slight_smile:

We trained everyone to use that Active Home Page, we’ve never been on the E10 version prior to Active Home Page. So right now everyone is logging into Classic…no Menu Search, no Enterprise Search.

Modern menu has those options as well, not just Active Home Page.

Regarding the issue with Active Home Page, I would just recommend calling into support and the team that works in that area can assist.

use shell not classic and you get all the features non of the hassle. We gave up on Active Home Page and since we didn’t have it before we don’t miss it right now. Using Graphana to supplement the KPIs Active Home page would give in the mean time.

We have submitted a case, but thought we’d have faster reply through other customers…and we did! Thanks, looks like we’ll have hold off using Active Home Page.
