in the G/L module to post an allocation entry each month.

In version 810, is there a way to enter an AP invoice batch that
contains and invoice template for items that are repetitive each month
but change in amounts such as telephone, electric and gas that can just
be filled in with the new amounts each time?

I've worked with systems that would allow me to have a recurring invoice
batch for payments such as these, but had the flexibility to change the
dollar amounts each month.
