We accidentally ran a capture/post before we wanted to. We cancelled it after it started but it did post a ton of entries. Is there a way to reverse this out?
Only if you had a recent backup of the database and could reinstall it to
production, Otherwise there is no way to back out those transactions

Query the JrnlDtl table for all the entries related to that process run.
Summarize by GL Account
Create reversing Journal Entries opposite of the summarized results.
The GL will be like it never happened. Then after you do get all Part Trans in and captured/posted, do the reversing JE to undo “the undo”

No - there isn’t a good way. Do you know how big of a problem it is? Most of the time if something is wrong you have to fix it with a transaction - except for labor.
