I have said it before and will say it again. Why not use the Open
Purchase Order report that Vantage offers? They can't make any changes
to the order, just print the open items. It does show the dollar
amounts. You can even pull it by all or only specific vendors, so it's
useful for a day to day requirement. It's very flexible and since it
puts many lines to the page, you waste less paper.
Besides, it's just a report, and not a document. I'd feel much better
about that than the PO copy being out in the shop. (I'm not slamming
people, it's a confidentiality and security thing)
Can you tell what I do here?

The guys who do the receiving do not have access to Vantage close by.
They need to have them printed so they can verify the receiving from
where ever they are on the shop floor !

If they just want to "consult" PO's, why don't they use the PO Tracker?

Is there a way to give an access in Vantage so that a user is only able
to print all Purchase Order's ? The guys in receiving want to be able to
consult PO's when needed. I don't want them to be able to modify the
PO's. We are presently on version 5.0.
