904.507A Labor Entry - Retrieve Employee Records Slowness

I have seen this behavior in 905.700. One thing though, if you log off the employee record and then go back in it works quickly. We assume we have too many PCs running Epicor MES and its borrowing a license. ????

We just started to have issues with the amount of time it takes to retrieve an employee record in labor entry. No BPMs, customizations, etc. Once you click on the employee record it takes up to 45 seconds to retrieve. Anyone else run into this?

The attached thread dealt with MES performance and employees not clocking out causing issues. We always verify the clocked in date showing is current.

Have you tried going under the Actions menu and retrieving records by only one day instead of the default of one month?

The Actions menu is grayed out. I believe that was added after labor entry became time and expense entry in 905.xxx?
