Thank you, Sue. GRRR…  now this is 2 major things we need for dashboards that are “broken” in 9.05.702. Guess we will still be doing things in MS Access for the short-term… the other issue we had with BAQ’s we were told won’t be fixed until 10.01 estimated next spring…

I am on 9.05.702A progress – I am trying to write a BAQ on the quote which would summarize “expected” quote Amt (based on how WE calculate expected amount).

So to do this I need to be able to have an aggregate field which would total up an equation of the QuoteQty table multiplied by a field the QuoteDtl table.

When I try to do this I get ‘0’ even though it should return a number.

If I total up just one table it works, but I need the equation to include fields from both tables and then total that.

I can do this very easily in MS Access using subqueries.

Does anybody know if this can be done in BAQ and I am just missing something obvious?

Thanks,

Sarah

BAQs with "stacked" summary tables are broken in 9.05.702a. This is the information I have on the SCR for it.

SCR=116608, Part=ICE-BAQ, Description=BAQ designer - BAQ IsSummary doesn't calculate total correctly when multiple tables are summarized that have a 1 to many relations and are on different levels or nodes in the Phase Builder., Priority=IH, Severity=3 - Error Workaround, Type=Tools, Module=BAQD, Clientele ID=3091015ESC, Product=ICE-Tool, Status=Open

I was told this won't be fixed in 9.05.7xx as it requires a rebuild of the framework.
