A personalization caused this. I could log in as another user and change
the filter, removing the personalization fix the issue.
Too many layers I guess.

Subject: [Vantage] 9.05.700c BAQ - Criteria Tab - Can't delete row once
entered.
Created a BAQ JobHead - JobAsmbl - JobOper - JobOpDtl
I can add Criteria to Filter JobOper but once I add a row I can't delete
it.
I can change the rows information but simply can't delete.
My work around it to set it to field character10 <> "turkey" so it
remains but is harmless.
Anyone see this before? All comments welcome.
