Did you setup the appservers to have unique BPM folders in the propath for your live and test data? If not, then any changes you make in test will also be made in live.

We have a test db set up that I refreshed with info from our live database last week and then went through and took out all customizations and BPMs. Now key users cannot create a new quote. We get the following error:

I have looked at BPMs i might have missed, customizations, field and process security. I can't seem to find what my issue is although I feel like I am just missing it :)
