We have a job that is shipped when retrieving the shipments detail, however on the job tab and make to order it shows no shipments available. We were told to run conversions 6670 and 6720 which we did on our test server (it is currently on 8.403.409A) and this fixed the issue. We ran it on our prod. server and it did not fix the issue, made a call to epicor and they are looking into it. Then a few days later we noticed a few sales orders prior to converting to 8 from 6 had automatically been reopened on both the prod and test servers. I reloaded the database prior to running those conversions into our test and they were closed. Any help or knowledge would be appreciated.
