So in case someone runs into this issue we were able to resolve the problem by re-applying the help files from the 8.04.10 install disk.
We are having an issue with the Help function for 8.03.410. Basically it's not showing the content/search bar as shown here:
Anyone have any ideas as to why and what to do to fix it?
