From what I can tell it does fix this, but we are mostly a make to order company so this was not really on my radar screen.

I've installed 408A on our developement server and so far so good. It
has fixed the things we were expecting it to fix and I haven't found
anything new broken. Of course the real test is when we go live with it.
I am waiting on word from the Insite people on if it requires a
recompile/update of their software and a mod we have.

If you have a test plan that you use I'd love to see it. I haven't done one of these yet so I don't quite know what to expect.

No test plan. I just play around with things that I know are important to us and see what happens.
