Just the larger upgrades. The patches usually aren't a problem. We're
using the configurator for the same reason.
Thanks,

Hi Blake: When you say that "Every time we perform an upgrade our
configurators break." Does your reference to upgrades mean patches like
407b to 407c or large jumps like 405 to 408? What about installing
service packs? Just trying to get a feel for how often you experience
this problem since we are looking at using the configurator to fine tune
our quoting process. I just want to be prepare for how much fixing I am
in for each time we upgrade.
