8.03.408 Configurator one-off fix

We have not been so lucky on the one-off (three-off as it were) on 503B. We
still can't get a configurator to approve. The code generator leaves off a
declaration for a temp table and I can't figure out what is causing it. I
have been rebuilding one of my configurators from scratch one input at a
time and I haven't run into the error yet. They're rather large. I hope
that's not the fix...

Vantage 8.03.408 Progress

Epicor has come out with a one-off fix for the configurator problem in 408. So far it appears to have fixed all my configurator issues with 408. I know that 9 had the same problem, but I don't know if Epicor has a one-off fix for 9 yet.

Hi,

Do you have any more details on the problems you were having with the configurator? We're upgrading to 408 in 2 weeks and rely heavily on our configurator. It would be nice to have a heads up on the issue and info on the one-off

After the upgrade to 408, all our configured parts gave us errors. The configurators themselves were unapproved, and when you tried to approve one it also gave you an error. We managed to get a couple of them working by making random changes, but we could never pin it down to any one thing in the configurator causing the problem. After applying the fix all my configurators and configured parts worked as before.
