We have been having a problem with Kanban Receipts every once in-awhile giving us an error about the part being serial, lot or dimensionally tracked. Which we do not do any tracking, but the flag would be turned on the part getting the error. Finally we heard back from support, after two and a half months...
In reference to your issue with kanban receipts and receiving an error referencing part must be serial, lot, or dimensional tracked, SCR 49353 has been generated by development. At this point I do not have a release date for the patch that will contain the SCR to resolve this issue. You will be notified by development when a patch is ready for download which has the SCR attached to it.
