6.1 MRP regeneration

We also use Ground Control (by Acrasoft) to schedule MRP to run in regen
mode each evening.
Basically you create a macro which emulates keystrokes (in our case the
macro opens a Vantage session, logs on, selects the MRP process, runs in
regen mode and logs off).
You can then schedule the macro (using the Windows scheduler) to execute
whenever you require (daily, weekly etc).
It works really well for us and is not expensive.
If I can be of any help, please contact me offline.

Richard

We are in the final stages of testing MRP for implementation. For
those of you who are using MRP in Vantage 6.1, how are you scheduling
the regeneration? Do you schedule it to run at night and if so, what
type of scheduler are you using?

Any help you can give me on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

To my knowledge, Vantage 6.1 does not have a built-in way to run MRP at night.

We us a software called GroundControl that emulates mouse clicks to run MRP at night.
