I'm curious. In the User > Security settings, have you checked the
boxes for Personalization and Customization for the user ID?

Hi there,

I have a dashboard query running from a BAQ. Everytime I open the
dashboard query, the column sizes are too wide. Saving settings after
resizing the columns does not work. Is there another way, or is there a
way to set the field width in the BAQ to force the columns to be the
correct width so they can be read?

Thanks in advance

Stuart,

With the dashboard running, right click and select "Settings...." then
select "Customize".
Note: If you select "Personalize" you cannot adjust the column
widths.
In the "Customize Browse" select a field and adjust the width.
When finished, right click and select "Settings..." then select "Save
Settings".

Patrick, Those are the exact steps I have been taking, the column width
changes, but the new settings definitely will not save, even after I hit
save settings. They just revert back to the old settings the next time
you open the query. I am confused.
