Since we loaded this patch I have 3 to 4 people who can't clock out at the end of their shift (always different). I have been keeping track everyday. I have to use the endact61.r to get them out. I have called epicor but this is never an easy question to get answered. I have heard that it could stem from people leaving their name up on the screen too long. The only problem with that is why all of a sudden?.?. I know it increased after I loaded the patch. I know this has been more prevalent on other versions. I seem to remember that 4.0 was really bad for us with this.
Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any known issues that would prevent me from loading the 526 patch?
