Who makes the form? epicor does.
I have customized all of the forms, I suggest you do the same. Epicor is
not really good at form design.

I have been told this may be more of a Crystal problem. That the form does
not sort the output in the same order it was entered. I have also been told
that it's not a bug for support to fix but a "feature". Seems there may be
a key assigned to the line item that is different than the order in which
the line was entered. Not sure of the validity of this since we have
received different answers depending on who we talked with at support. Have
not had a chance to chase either issue.

We went to version 6.1 last year and since then we have a problem with the
invoice line item order not being the same as the sales order and packing
slip line item order. The 512 patch caused even a greater randomness than
what we were experiencing with the 505 patch. Fortunately we loaded the 512
patch on our test server before making the patch live. Vantage support is
working on it, but so far they are unable to find the problem.
