6.0 - upgrade existing 5.2 database from different server

It's hidden under the Business Activity Mgr. - there you can make it either a Change Log or to send a Global Alert or both....

I can't find the change log maintenance on 6.0? Does anyone know where it
went. It used to be under system management / utilities, but it is not
there - I feel very dumb but I've been looking for it for a while... Help?
