Well 2 out of 5 is better than none :-). Has anyone out there ever
gotten Epicor to reduce their maintenance costs for things they bought
and paid for and are paying maintenance on when epicor sold it to them
knowing full well it was completely broke (i.e. advanced scheduling).

Subject: [Vantage] 5 things....
1. Deliver quality software. The amount of time spent testing releases
and developing work a rounds is an extraordinary expense we do not need
and do not incur with other software. This is a relative statement - I
know all software has bugs and product QA is difficult.
2. Get the story straight. As recently as last week I listened to a
product manager make a direct contradiction to a statement on a recorded
webcast concerning product features.
If Epicor would get these two working I could probably live with the
rest.
