Hi Rick
The conversion does the following
1) Assign the appropriate Territory and other CRM defaults for each
Opportunity/Quote regardless of Cut Off Date.
2) Win each Quote if linked to a Sales Order regardless of Cut Off
Date.
3) Close all Quotes with Entry Date prior to the given Cut Off Date.
From what I could tell the region is for reporting purposes only and the
territory is the key part.

Subject: [Vantage] 5.2 CRM Install URGENT HELP, PLEASE, PLEASE,
PLEASE...
...sorry for the drama.
Anyone with Installation experience/knowledge regarding the CRM
module....
1) What does the Opportunity/Quote Conversion for CRM (CV/CVCR007.w)
program actually do?
2) Does it affect the relationship between the Sales Territory
(which apparently used to be the data in Sales region) and the now
"redundant" Sales Region?
3) Can we call you with a couple of questions?
Please respond as we are stuck and unable to produce formal quotes at
this point.
TIA, TIA, TIA
RG
