I have found that the best way to publish Vantage on Citrix, is to type in
the full command line and not use the VTG files. I've done this with 3.0,
4.0, 5.0, 5.1 & 5.2, and all work perfectly without any issues.

Make sure you install Progress Locally on the Citrix server(not the
client version, the full version)
Make sure you modify a copy of the vantage.vtg to look something like
this:
[Vantage Startup]
Executable=d:\epic51\progress\bin\prowin32.exe (local setup of progress
on the citrix server)
Database=v:\VANTAGE\db\vantage
IniFile=v:\VANTAGE\vantage2.ini
ParameterFile=v:\VANTAGE\db\Vantage.pf
ConnectOptions=-N TCP -H vantage -S epic51 -ld vantage
TempDirectory=G:\PROWORK
StartupProcedure=mainmenu.w
OtherParameters=-rand 2 -q -basekey ini
Make sure you modify a copy of the vantage.ini to something like this
[Startup]
V6Display=no
;ImmediateDisplay=yes
;MultitaskingInterval=100
DLC=d:\epic51\progress
Use-3D-Size=No
PROBUILD=d:\epic51\progress\Probuild
PROPATH=.,v:\VANTAGE
PrinterFont=Courier New,Size=12
AllowDesignMode=no
nosplash=yes
Here is the path if you publish the application:
d:\epic51\progress\bin\prowin32.exe vantage -pf v:\vantage\db\vantage.pf
-N TCP -H vantage -S epic51 -p mainmenu.w -ininame
v:\vantage\vantage2.ini

Anyone out there using Citrix to connect users to 5.1? After an
"all-nighter", we were able to successfully upgrade from 4.0 to 5.1,
however, we have yet to get our users connecting via Citrix to access
Vantage. I've got two consultants working on it currently, with no luck
so
far!
Thanks in Advance!
