5.1 Clients via Citrix - HELP!

I have found that the best way to publish Vantage on Citrix, is to type in
the full command line and not use the VTG files. I've done this with 3.0,
4.0, 5.0, 5.1 & 5.2, and all work perfectly without any issues.

Make sure you install Progress Locally on the Citrix server(not the
client version, the full version)

I've been told its "ERROR 193" with respect to "Published Application". All
I know is that Citrix worked reasonably well with 4.0, and now with 5.1,
nothing!
