3 part Checks

Let me clarify what format I am looking for ... I am looking for a 3 part check format (all on 1 page), (ie., invoice detail at top, invoice detail in middle and check at bottom). Top portion will be filed in A/P. Middle will be sent to vendor with bottom check.

Does anyone use this format? If so, can I get a copy of the crystal report?

We made the mistake of going away from the 2 part check format that is standard with Vantage 6.1 and purchased 3 part checks, (i.e., stub, stub, check). I was thinking it was going to be as easy as my $100 Quickbooks package that I purchased for a swim club I belong to ... when Quickbooks prompts you each time you print checks .... "2 part" or "3 part" check layout and away you go.

So now I am forced to find someone I can copy the format from or hire a crystal report programmer since we do not have one on staff.

Does anyone use 3 part checks ... and is it as simple as a download of the crystal report format? Any help would be appreciated.

It's the little details that makes this fun ...

At my last job I did a Stud - Stub - Check format. It worked fine but the AP
person had to make sure she didn't enter any more then 18 payments on any one
check or it would loose the line dtl info.

It didn't take to long. I created two sub-reports, one for each stub and
added it to the main check form. I shared it with several users on here, maybe
one of them could send you a copy.

Hope that helps,
Jeremy
