Hello folks, anyone come across the AR Reconciliation Report hanging? We’ve done several builds on a dev server with no related trouble, where we do the financial prereqs before converting the DB (Conversion Workbench), then repeat and compare afterwards, after running the Balance Update process. I think the docs only call for doing this with a Trial Balance.
This time, the AR Reconcilitation report gets about 5 minutes in and then sits there, seemingly indefinitely. I’ve confirmed it works on the other companies in my system but they actually don’t bill, so they’re not confirming anything except SSRS can in fact email.
Anyone run into this?
