Getting Error = Duplicate Key when adding anything to the JobHead.JobNum context menu since the conversion over the weekend. Just a heads up. Can anyone confirm this is system wide or just something on my end. I know there is a trouble shooting article on deleting personalizations and customizations on this to fix the issue. I have done that and working from the “Base” selecting customize and adding one item I get the error. JobNum also appears on 3 other context menu’s other than jobhead which are MFG, Service and Maintenance. I have also deleted those context menu customizations and personalizations for the record.
Mr. Patrick: System wide we had the same thing this morning for everyone.
I turned off the 'Customization" checkbox and deleted and added the “Job Entry” Item and now we are not getting the error.

I have reported this but I’m still trying to convince tech support they have the issue. I have sent them instructions on how to duplicate the issue but have not heard back.

ERPS-173356 has been issued for this problem. ETA is for Kinetic 2021.2.7 on Pilot for 30 November 2021 and on Live for 4 December 2021
Is this the same issue that came up recently where adding a personalization wipes out the customization?
No different issue, that has been resolved.
