Hello,
Wanted to see if anyone has had issues with attachments in Epicor Sharepoint after the 2021.2.13 cloud upgrade? Opened an Epicor case, but wondering if anyone had any insights, as have yet to hear anything. Thanks!
what is the full messagew with stack? what is sharepoint version? how many documents are in the library?
Here is the full message. We are on Office 365 sharepoint and have about 45K documents total across many folders.
Ironically some attachments do work in modules like Journal Entry

can you be more specific? what is working, what is not and when exactly that is failed. Unless you already told that to support.
I let support know the error occurs when attaching files in some of our modules (Cash Receipt Entry, AP Invoice Header Entry).
They replied that we should look at this document. If you have any experience (or anyone for that matter) I’d be curious if it works well!. Thanks again
There’s a Sharepoint issue that is causing this error on certain modules of Kinetic: Knowledge Article KB0108530 - Cannot add documents to sharepoint microsoft.sharepoint.soapserver.soapserverexception’ was thrown on epicor.ServiceModel.dll
What previous version did you use? Did it work for you in 2021.2 before?
yes, it stopped working this morning, after we got the upgrade. We stay current with all the versions being on the cloud.
Issue #1 seems to be the dreaded one we are facing:( Thanks for sharing
We are receiving the same error as well. We were able to add attachments in 2021.2.11, but the update to 2021.2.13 broke it. Using Office 365 Sharepoint as well. Last word from support was that this was a Sharepoint issue and the devs were working with Sharepoint (MS devs?) to fix it.
Does anyone knows if this is resolved already?
yes
Thanks! Do you know from which version?
at least 2022.1
