2 stub check Blank Title 52779

I forgot to mention the layout from top to bottom is Stub\Check\Stub

The lower stub is a sub-report, the upper stub and check are the header.

I modified the canned Crystal check into a two stub check.

It works very well but the only downside is that we can't fit as many
line items on it, this wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that
Vantage fails to recognize that two pages have been written and doesn't
skip a number.

As a work around, any APs with more than 17 line items are entered
exclusively in their own batch, fortunately for us that doesn't happen
very often.

We have been trying to get the same thing.

The check is on the top followed by two stubs, which are exactly the
same.

If anyone has an example that works with Vantage 8 perhaps they can
post it up in the user group files section.

Has anyone created an AP check wihtwo stubs where both stubs show the
same info?
We've done it for many customers. But we've done it with Crystal forms, not Progress.

Hi David,

I asked this question a while back and someone sent me a 2 stub check
off-line.

It was designed with Crystal 8.5 and it looks like it's for Vantage 6.1
and I haven't had a chance to convert it for Vantage 8 but if you want I
can forward you what I have to get you started.

Thanks,

Yes,

I it's a Crystal Report, and I used a subreport for the second part of
the check.

Because we prefer using a laser check with 2 stubs, of which we keep one.

We had a two stub check done in Crystal Reports that worked just fine
until a patch that was applied about six month ago. I have tried to
retool that report to no avail, so we're back to a one stub check.
Joe, I would appreciate a look at your two-stub form to see if I can
get it to work for us, or at least glean some insight into how to
make ours work. Thanks'
