Hi all,
I’ve got a number of custom crystal reports in 10.1.600.13 that work great - we use them every day. Recently our Pilot environment was upgraded to 10.2 and now none of them work. I get an error on the Report tab of system monitor that says this:
When I select it and hit print preview I get an error like this.
I’m trying to hone in on what changed between 10.1.600 and 10.2 that I should be focusing on to fix this. I know that SSRS is recommended, but I can’t update all of these reports in the next 2 weeks before vacation and we’re scheduled for 11/11 upgrade in prod to 10.2, so if I can find something in common with all of our CR that updated and fix it, that’s the option I’m going after.
So far support has had me request the SaaS team to redeploy my reports to Pilot, and they have done this. It doesn’t seem like a report issue to me, it seems like it may be in either the Report Style or the Report Data Definition, but it’s not clear to me how I can test either of these without a report.
Any ideas? I have them working in Prod and will be going through the styles to look for any visual differences between the two configurations as my next step. I have a case open wit support as well.
